NIPC lends support to advance the State’s economic and investment prospects

The maiden edition of the Ekiti State Economic Development & Investment Summit tagged “Fountain Summit” is billed to take place today, Thursday 14 October, 2021.

The summit with the theme: “Investment Attractiveness and Economic Development – Lessons for Subnationals” is designed to showcase the progress Ekiti has made in the last 3 years. The Summit will also discuss investment promotion and the ease of doing business in the State.

Nigeria’s Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo is expected to declare the Summit open, while speakers at the summit will include Governor Nasir El Rufai of Kaduna State and his counterpart from Lagos, Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu.

Governor Inuwa Yahaya of Gombe State and Governor Godwin Obaseki of Edo State amongst other dignitaries, investors and stakeholders in the State will headline the Summit.

NIPC is participating as part of its support and collaboration with the State government to advance discussions on the State’s investment prospects and economic development.
