UPCOMING EVENTS

2008 NIPC ORGANISED BUSINESS & INVESTMENT FORUMs (BIFs)

The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), in its effort to attract Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), into the country usually organizes Business and Investment Forums (BIFs) across the globe in order to reach potential investors at their door step.

These create a platform for enlightenment of the international business community on the investment environment in Nigeria, and highlight the numerous investment opportunities to them as well.  The forums also create an avenue to establish contact and hold one-on-one discussions between the Nigerian business community and their international counterparts with a view to establishing partnership ventures.

The 2008 forums provide an opportunity for the Nigerian Business Community to be involved and project their organization as one of the successful business institutions in the country that is worthy of international recognition.  The schedule of proposed 2008 BIF's is given below:
